Summary: Lovely property in a lovely historic city center. Food was excellent, service was great. They assisted us in hiring a driver for a day to take us to a winery and some area sites. (Alessandro) Highly recommend.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is amazing and the place offers a serenity that brings immediate peace and tranquillity. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars is that the restaurant has some serious staffing issues. There are no vegetarian dishes on the menu, you need to let them know in advance so that they can prepare something, and don’t let the waiter convince you that you are half board because that can cause issues. The staff in reception are brilliant though, friendly and helpful. They helped turn a negative experience into a positive one. We would go back to this hotel, but maybe eat elsewhere.

Summary: Loved this place. The views over Bolzano and the Alps are amazing. The hotel is cantered around an old castle and the atmosphere is incredible. The service is also excellent. And they have an amazing restaurant where the food is from fresh local ingredients and tasted delicious. Wonderful amenities with pool and sauna and loads of places to chill and take in the views. Very romantic.
